Some people inherit heirlooms. Debby Gomulka inherited a calling. Raised by parents with a discerning eye for antiques, Debby grew up immersed in the stories objects tell. Living in cities like Grosse Pointe, Manhattan, and Wilmington deepened her appreciation for craftsmanship, art history, and timeless design.
With more than 25 years of experience as a Charleston interior designer, Debby has built a career rooted in historic preservation and artistry at Provenance Lee Interiors, her award-winning, full-service Charleston interior design firm. In 2025, Debby launched the Marrakech home textile collection, extending Provenance Lee’s globally infused philosophy to sustainable luxury home textiles.
Debby is actively involved as a philanthropist, advocating for the long-term sustainability and community impact of the same type of historic properties she restores. When she’s not designing, you may find Debby at antique shows, training her Border Collies, and traveling to Morocco- pursuits that inform the discerning eye she brings to every luxury interior design project.
