Unique Home Construction’s New Seattle Showroom Blends Sophistication + Drama

Sophistication with a touch of drama: Unique Home Construction’s new showroom at the Seattle Design Center is that and more, serving as the home renovation company’s headquarters. Founded in 2018 by builder and structural engineer Reza Amirisefat, the company is known for their high level of craft and execution of remodels that are as beautiful as they are functional.

“Our new showroom is designed to serve as both a collaboration hub and a product resource,” says Amirisefat of the elegant space, which is outfitted with a curated collection of products for the home, ranging from European hardwood flooring to sleek cabinets from Minnesota company Crystal Cabinet Works. Welcoming designers with space for interactive mood boards and quiet meeting areas, Amirisefat hopes the showroom becomes a new nucleus for creative collaboration in the Northwest.

“It allows us to showcase both our capabilities as a builder and the unique product lines we represent,” he says. “We see the showroom as more than a display space—it is a place where great design and expert construction come together.”
